Facilita RJ – the Concession Plan for Public Services and Assets of the Rio de Janeiro State Government – is a program created by the Rio de Janeiro State Government to boost the resumption of economic growth and offer better services and infraestructure to the population.

Facilita RJ consists of four major structural axes: Transportation Infrastructure, Urban Planning, Environmental Assets and Energy Efficiency. These axes were organized taking into consideration the opportunities of attracting investments and also the attractiveness of state resources to the private sector.

Each axis consists of a portfolio of Concession and Public-Private Partnership projects, which are proposed by public bodies or by the private initiative and are approved by an Executive Council, composed of Secretaries of State and other public administration authorities.
